4. Pricing & payment

Drug pricing is quoted per request. Prepayment is required. Payment processing is via established specialty-pharmacy payment rails. Currency, payment method, and refund policy are detailed in the order confirmation.

5. No guarantees of supply

Some drugs are allocated, restricted, or in shortage. We do not guarantee availability. We do not charge for drugs we cannot source.

6. Shipping risk

Title and risk transfer at the destination-country port of entry. We are not responsible for destination-country customs seizures when those arise from factors outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by Reserve Meds or used under license. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant transaction.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except where your local law provides otherwise.
