About Reserve Meds

Our mission: help every patient access the specialty medicine they need, regardless of where they live.

The problem we solve

Each year, millions of patients around the world are diagnosed with serious conditions for which an FDA-approved US medicine exists — but is not yet registered, not reimbursed, or not available in their country. The global pharmaceutical system was not designed to get these drugs to these patients quickly. We were.

How Reserve Meds is different

We operate a specialty pharmacy platform focused exclusively on cross-border Named Patient Program access. Our model is built around three principles:

  • Compliance first. We source only through DSCSA-compliant US specialty wholesalers. Every unit is serialized, every shipment documented, and we operate strictly on-pathway in every destination country.
  • Physician-led. Every request is reviewed by our clinical team and authorized by the patient's treating physician. We never supply without physician oversight.
  • Patient-centered. Patients and families should not have to navigate fragmented supply chains alone. We coordinate the regulatory, logistics, and clinical pieces so the patient can focus on their care.

Our leadership

Reserve Meds is led by a team with deep specialty-pharmacy, healthcare-PE, and cross-border regulatory experience. Our founder-CEO, an MD with over 15 years in US specialty distribution and a prior healthcare exit, oversees all clinical and commercial operations. We are supported by an AI-amplified operations stack and a network of licensed physicians providing cross-border clinical coordination.

Our commitments

  • Never supply drugs we cannot source from a legitimate, DSCSA-compliant channel.
  • Never operate in regulatory gray zones that put patients or physicians at risk.
  • Always be transparent about what we can and cannot provide.
  • Protect patient data and adhere to HIPAA, GDPR, and destination-country privacy frameworks.
