• Patient information: name, date of birth, medical condition, requested drug, destination country, and physician contact details.
• Physician information: name, license jurisdiction, clinical affiliation, contact details.
• Website data: device and browser info, pages visited, referring source.

3. How we use information

We use the information you provide to: (a) review your eligibility for the requested drug; (b) coordinate with your physician and destination-country regulator; (c) source, ship, and track your order; (d) meet our pharmacovigilance and regulatory obligations.

4. How we share information

We share information only as necessary: with your treating physician, with US wholesalers supplying the drug, with destination-country regulators when required for NPP filing, with shipping and cold-chain providers, and with manufacturers for AE reporting. We do not sell patient data.

5. Your rights
